Nine real catering talents will join and arrange together Radici del Sud conclusive dinner where all eno-food lovers are invited to participate on next Monday 15th June. By buying the coupon containing nine tickets, beyond the tasting kit which allows you to enter the Wine Exhibition scheduled for the same day, it will be possible to taste the dishes that the chefs will prepare keeping in mind the wines made from the grapes grown in the land they come from. They will enhance their peculiar quality features allowing the guests to taste the 380 labels joining (181 wineries) Radici del Sud. It will be a buffet dinner taking place in the open spaces of Masseria Corte di Torrelonga (BA) where the wines from native grapes will be celebrated. The contest has focused on those wines for ten years involving the greatest international wine experts who invariably rush to observe how this sector is evolving being represented by hundreds of important and qualified producers.
The nine chefs, from their reserved positions in the area where there will be the stands of the wines from native grapes they are inspired by, will work to realize dishes which rely on the surprising results of techniques such as marinating or smoking rather than on cooking, so as to celebrate the quality of wines, enhancing their finest expressions when paired with food.
